Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: June 3, 2026
One Agent ("we", "us", or "our") respects your right to privacy and your right to have your data permanently deleted from our systems. According to the Facebook/Meta Platform Rules, we provide the following clear instructions on how to request the deletion of your user data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your One Agent account, workspace, and all associated chat logs (including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Website Widget conversations), please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@oneapi.in from the email address associated with your One Agent account.
- In the subject line, write: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include your Workspace ID (which you can find in your dashboard settings) so we can accurately locate and purge your records.

Please confirm when the deletion is complete.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request:
- Our support team will verify your identity.
- We will permanently delete your account, workspace configuration, and all chat history from our active databases within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
End-User (Visitor) Data
If you are an end-user (a customer) who chatted with a business using our platform via WhatsApp or a Website Widget, and you wish to have your chat history deleted, you must contact that specific business directly. We act as a data processor on their behalf. If the business receives your request, they can delete the specific conversation logs through their One Agent dashboard or request a purge on your behalf.
