- Message Data: The contents of the messages, media (images, documents), and timestamps sent via the chat widget, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Account Information: For workspace owners and agents, we collect email addresses, names, and passwords (encrypted) for authentication.
- Device & Usage Information: IP addresses, browser types, and session identifiers to facilitate real-time connections (e.g., via WebSockets).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Improve Our Services: Facilitating omnichannel communication between businesses and their customers.
- AI Integrations: Processing inbound messages and routing them to connected third-party AI workflows (like n8n, OpenAI, or Google Gemini) to generate automated responses.
- Account Management: Authenticating staff members and managing workspace configurations.
- Compliance and Security: Monitoring for fraudulent activity and ensuring the security of our platform.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS for image hosting, MongoDB for data storage) necessary to operate our service.
- AI and Webhook Integrations: Chat messages and relevant visitor context are securely transmitted to the webhook URLs configured by the workspace owner (e.g., n8n) and their chosen AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to generate automated responses.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): For businesses using our WhatsApp Cloud API integration, message metadata and contents are transmitted securely via Meta's APIs in accordance with their developer policies.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain chat data and personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Users (workspace owners) have the ability to manage and delete their conversation history through the dashboard. If you wish to have your data completely removed from our systems, please contact the business you were chatting with directly or reach out to us.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, secure WebSocket connections, and authenticated database access, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
6. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Our platform allows businesses to connect third-party APIs and webhooks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of those third-party services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to our platform.
