Welcome to One Agent ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website, widgets, or third-party integrations (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of the Services

Our platform provides tools for businesses to manage omnichannel communications, including integrations with WhatsApp, Telegram, and website widgets. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Third-Party Integrations and Compliance

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and Telegram. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.

  • Meta/WhatsApp: You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate Meta's policies (e.g., sending spam, restricted content).
  • AI Providers: If you connect an AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) via our webhooks, you must adhere to their usage policies. You are responsible for the outputs generated by the AI on behalf of your business.

3. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any information, messages, images, or other data submitted to or through the Services. You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to send unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional material.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of One Agent and its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
